What is your policy on items lost in transit?
All of our shipments are mailed via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and include tracking. If an item is lost, the buyer will need to contact the USPS for further tracking and assistance.
Where do I leave the personalization for my order?
You may leave the personalization information in the "Add a note to during checkout or you may send it via email @ PrintsCharmingArtCo@gmail.com. Whichever is easiest for you will be just fine :)
What is your production and shipping time?
Orders are processed in 1-2 Business Days and then ship.
(excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays)
Please review individual items for details on shipping times. If faster delivery is needed, expedited shipping is available.
How do I get the free prints?
If you've purchased two or more prints during our promotion, you qualify for a free print(s) (see item listing for promotion details).
You don't need a code, just tell us which FREE prints you would like in the note of your order during checkout.
